This Privacy Policy explains what information Forests VC ("we," "us") collects when you visit forests.vc, and how we use it. This site does not process transactions, collect payment information, or handle applications for any offering — those functions are handled elsewhere.

Information We Collect

By default, this site collects no personal information beyond what any web server logs automatically as part of normal operation (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page). We do not run analytics or tracking scripts unless you affirmatively consent, as described below. This site has no sign-up form, contact form, or newsletter form of its own.

Cookies & Analytics

This site may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it. Analytics cookies are off by default and load only if you accept them through the cookie banner shown on your first visit; declining, or taking no action, keeps analytics off. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

The "Request access" link on this site takes you to a scheduling tool hosted by a third party. Any information you provide there — such as your name, email address, and the time you book — is collected and processed by that provider under its own privacy policy, not this one; we recommend reviewing it before booking. We do not receive or store the content of that booking, and we do not run any form, chat widget, or data-collection tool of our own on this site.

How We Use Information

Where analytics are enabled with your consent, we use the resulting data only to understand and improve this site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors navigate it. We do not sell information collected here, and we do not use it to build a mailing list or contact list.

Data Retention

Standard web-server access logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operational purposes, then deleted or anonymized. If you accept analytics cookies, the analytics provider's own retention settings apply once one is selected and enabled — see Cookies & Analytics above.

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information collected about you.
